  • Everyone’s lactation journey is different - so are lactation appointments! Generally, we will assess your feeding technique, discuss your concerns, and provide strategies to improve both your experience and your baby’s. Depending on your goals, your appointments may include a weighted feed, flange sizing, & education on pumping and storing milk.

  • Absolutely!! We provide support to all parents regardless of their feeding method.

  • Yes! It is not necessary, but involving your partner can be very beneficial. They can learn how to best support you and baby.

  • Lactation appointment range from 60 to 90 minutes.

  • Kids are always welcome to join during your appointment. We have a kid-friendly space & toys to keep them busy.

  • We are not in network with any insurance providers. We are happy to provide additional documentation if you wish to submit to your insurance independently for out-of-network coverage.
